PAD 120: INTRODUCTION TO POLITICAL SCIENCE

WRITTEN ASSIGNMENT (INDIVIDUAL)  

Before you attempt to answer the following questions, please read  carefully  and thoroughly your Module (study guide), other notes given  and reference materials from the Internet. Your answers must be computer-typed, A4 size, using a 12-point font (Arial or Times Roman or any other font) and  single or double-spaced.  First type the question and the question number and then below each question type your answers. Read  all my lecture notes and sample "Questions & Answers"  and "Additional Materials"  posted on my website  to learn how to answer assignment /exam questions.   The length of your answers would depend on the number of points you have on each question. This assignment carries 10 marks.

Write your name, student number, your mobile phone number,  Group ( eAMP 1F), course code and title  on the cover page.  Bind (menjilid) or staple your answers   and submit  the  assignment to me during the third seminar (29.1.2012).

Those who plagiarise (menjiplak) will be penalised .   Late submissions will not be accepted for assessment / evaluation.

Define "Law"  and explain  the  sources of law.

Explain the differences between a unitary and  a federal  form of government.
